Taking an empty space in the heart of Sydney and creating a beautiful new space for the patrons of Delisia to enjoy their coffees and Panini's was nothing short of a pleasure. The goal was to have a mix of a traditional deli but with a modern twist making it an inviting space for locals and passers by.
This project inclluded concept design, CDC approval proogressing through to final design with the clients managing the construction side of the development.
Working with good bones but a very old and outdated space, our team have created a new scheme to tie in with the other revitalisied spaces giving the college a practical space that encourages its use and a sense of community.
Working in a new Stocklands space, we were set the task of creating a cafe space that doubled as a function centre with lakeside views tucked away in the hear of Box Hill. Working with Developer Guidelines, we were able to create a cohesive space with the rest of the venue.

Inviting nature in, the raw materials used keep the theme consistant throughout. This was a design only project and the clients will manage their own construction.
